WINEMAKING AND STYLE:
After a few hours of skin contact, the early harvested olaszrizling and furmint was pressed, and fermented partly in amphores, just as our Márga furmint year by year. The main difference between that wine and the base wine of our sparkling is the date of the harvest.
In the base wine, furmint (70-80%) has a strong character, olaszrizling gives the spices. This elegant sparkling wine was made traditionally, and we begin to disgorge in small series after 1.5 years of bottle maturation.
Creamy, beautifully textured sparkling, with fresh fruits and the notes of biscuits and breadcrumb thanks to the long aging. Intense bubbles with a long finish.
